The Kuyper Cougars came down from Grand Rapids this past Saturday to play our own Moody Archers from the second time this season. Kuyper came into the game with a great record on the season and having beat Moody at their home court by quite a bit in December. Moody on the other hand had nothing to lose, taking this game as a great oppertunity to work on some weak-points shown in their last matchup.

The first half started slow for both team. In the first 5 minutes of play, only 10 combined points were scored. As the half progressed, Kuyper started warming up, but kept Moody in the
slow pace. The period ended 40-14.

The second half was much like the first with Kuyper scoring at a steady pace, while Moody trailed behind. Tre Walker lead the team in scoring, tying with the top scorers of Kuyper. But the Archers could not shoot as effeciently as the Cougars, and they lost the game 35-79.

The Archers will play their last home game of the season on Tuesday, February 20th. We'll see you there. Go Archers.
