The Moody Archers traveled to Dubuque, IA to partake in the Emmabus Bible Classic Tournament this past weekend. While the Men's basketball team was hoping that this was going to be a pivoting point to an unfortunate start to the season, their dreams were not fulfilled. The Archers hung on in a tight game against Free Lutheran Bible College on friday night, but were defeated 72-65. Then on Saturday, the Archers were steadily beaten by Spurgeon College 99-55.

The Archers hope to pick up the momentum that they need to get their first win this upcoming weekend as they battle Bethany Lutheran College on Thurdsday 11/17 and Fontbonne University on Saturday 11/19.
