The Moody Archer Men's Basketball team traveled to Watertown, WI to take on the Sabercats of Maranatha University. Through a strong performance in the first half, the Sabercats were able to best the Archers with a score of 82-65. Notable players for Moody are Duncan Brandt with 15PTS, Christ Metzger with 14PTS and 8REB, Christian Pollard with 12PTS, and Ian Reed with 6PTS, 6AST, and 8REB.

While the score tells one story, the Archers have plenty of things to be happy about. Maranatha had 12 more turnovers, which the Archers used to their advantage by scoring 20 points off of those turnovers. Moody also matched up in the paint, both on offense and defense, along with 9 points coming from bench players. 

The Archers are back in action later this week as Moody takes on Welch College on Thursday at 7pm.
