
The Archers competed in their final meet before Nationals this past Thursday at the Red/White Open hosted by North Central College. Washington University took first as a team with 21 points, North Central was second (40 points), and MBI came in third (85 points).
Sophomore Kassidy Kleinheksel came in first for the Archers, covering the 3-mile course in 20:31—13 seconds faster than last year—followed closely by Freshman Katie Morden in 20:53. Junior Rebekah Berni led the next close-knit pack in 21:27—39 seconds faster than her time last year—followed by Felicity Severs (21:30), Judy Jang (21:35), Rebekah Freund (21:41), and neck-to-neck finish by Natalie Lange and Cora Muller (22:09).

The Lady Archers will finish their season on November 15th at the NCCAA Division II Nationals event hosted by Grace College and Bethel University. The ladies' race starts at 9:45 a.m. (EST) at the Warsaw Community High School Cross Country Course in Warsaw, IN.
