The Moody Archers women's volleyball team traveled across town to Roosevelt University to take on the Lakers. Despite not having a team at full strength, the archers did not back down. 

The Lakers quickly caught an advantage, and the archers found themselves down 2-0. The team choraled together and would not go down without a fight. The archers went almost point for point with Roosevelt in match 3 and ended up taking the match 25-20. However, the flame held by the archers was quickly put out by the lakers in match 4 with their serves that put them on top 10-0 over the archers, and eventually beating Moody 3-1. 

The Archers hope to bounce back on Tuesday when they travel to College of Lake County.
