The Lady Archers raced at the NCCAA North Regional Championship on Saturday, hosted by Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa.  The Archers came in fourth out of five teams, with Maranatha Baptist University taking first with a score of 46 points. 

Kassidy Kleinheksel led the Archers and placed 8th overall, finishing in 21:58.  Rebekah Berni was second for the Archers in 22:54, followed by Lilly Holtan in 24:28, Hailey Childress in 24:46 and Rachel Wilson in 25:10.  Four of the Lady Archers set new personal records in the 5k.

 A quote from Coach Troy: "I'm proud of our four ladies that PR'd today.  I'm equally proud of our fifth girl that pushed through while she was not feeling well.  Lord willing, we'll get our girls who have been absent from running back for the North Central and Nationals races."

 The Lady Archers will race next at the Red White Open Invitational on Thursday, November 2nd, hosted by North Central College. The race will take place at 4pm at St. James Farm in Warrenville, IL.
