LADY ARCHERS BRING HOME 2nd PLACE FINISH AT REGIONALS

The Lady Archers competed in the NCCAA, D2, North Regional Championship held at Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, IA. The young Lady Archers just came up shy of overtaking North Central University, who finished 1st with 44 points and Moody posting 49 points.

Mollie Hansen led the team with a 4th place finish with a time of 21:43, followed by Leyda Gabriel (Senior) with a 23:22 who placed 8th, Bethany Dressen (Freshman) who came in 9th with a 23:43. Ruby Gentz (Freshman) and Taylor Nederveld both finished with 24:53 and rounded out the score for the Lady Archers.

The Lady Archers will compete next at North Central’s Red-White Invite on Thursday, November 3rd, at St. James Farm, Warrenville, IL. This will be the team’s final race before heading to the NCCAA, D2 National Championship held in Joplin, MO on November 11.
