This past Friday the Archers hosted the Mount Mary Blue Angels for their second matchup this season. In the last game against Mount Mary about a week ago, the Archers lost 3 sets to 1 with a thrilling second set won by Moody. This time was very similar.

The Archers came out with a slow start, loosing the first set to the Angels 25-10. But as they did last week, the Archers woke up in set two and beat the Blue Angels 29-27 in a long, hard-fought set. But Mount Mary showed their depth and consistency beating the Archers in the next two sets, travelling back to Milwuakee with another win.

Although this is another tough loss for the Archers, the second set of this game was very encouraging for them, as they are still down a huge piece of their team with Anias Deac out with injury. They are hopeful that a full and healthy team will put together some wins going into the post season.
