When competing with this team we started strong and played in sync with one another very well considering our new rotation. Anna Duehring moved to outside hitter and our sophomore Olyvia Johnson played her first game as the Libero. The crowd was cheering and we were focused and excited to have a competitive game. As we continued our team began to change and fell out of step. Our blocking was strong and had improved since our last game. However, our serve receive had a difficult time picking up the ball. As we move into our upcoming practice we will be working on speed and reading the ball. Our DS’s will be prepared and ready for the ball with the correct platform. We are expecting this fine tuning to bring us two wins for the next games this Friday.
