The Archers were able to ease into their first official win of the season with a blowout victory against Emmaus Bible College on September 28th. The game started out fast with a quick goal from freshman Jake Fultz during the fifth minute of the contest. However, Emmaus was able to answer with a goal of their own. The Archers were able to sneak a quick goal in before halftime making it a 2-1 game going into the break. Once the second half began, the floodgates were opened and the Archers were able to tally 7 goals within the second half. Leading the way for this scoring surge was sophomore Sami Marquez who finished the game with a 3 goal hat trick and 1 assist.
