The Moody Bible Institute Archers traveled to Gary, Indiana on Thursday to play the Indiana Northwest Red Hawks. The Archers played hard and Coach Scott affirmed the team's efforts.

"I am proud of the effort and focus we gave tonight," Coach Scott said,  "The game was much closer than the final score indicated and we got better today. I'm hopeful that our ability to play as a cohesive group and work hard for 40 minutes will continue to grow from here. If we can continue to focus on the controllable aspects of the game, positive things will happen." 

Bobby Kirpas (20) scored 20 points for the Archers and Trey Haidle (3)scored 15.

The team had a total of 43 rebounds with Keynan Carter (11) grabbing 11 and Trey Haidle (3) with 10.

Overall, the team is looking forward to their next game against Calvary University at 2 pm on their own court.
